With K-PALL, Kawasaki Robotics introduces one of the most compact and at the same time most powerful robot solutions on the market – especially developed for food & beverages, cosmetics and other manufacturing industries.

Neuss, January 17, 2022 – Set up, connect, select packing pattern and get started: The compact palletizing solution K-PALL from Kawasaki Robotics is available now. The stand-alone solution is compatible with a wide range of systems and can also be easily integrated into existing production lines with little planning effort. K-PALL is based on many years of experience with small and medium-sized production companies and is tailored precisely to their requirements. Thus, the first step towards automation of palletizing tasks should be as simple, intuitive and effective as possible.

Simple integration and fast automation

Plug & Play: The compact cell is easy to transport, connect and start. With digital commissioning via e-learning, setup is completed in no time. Either the RS010N or the RS020N with 10 kg or 20 kg payloads respectively provide the necessary power, speed and precision. Thanks to the high-performance robot, the solution not only offers extremely short cycle times, but can also be delivered in the shortest possible time and can be learned and operated with very little effort.

Intuitive operation and customized support

K-PALL can be operated intuitively via the large touchscreen. The pre-installed K-PALL Control software makes it easy to select predefined packing patterns and start palletizing immediately. Also included is the Multipack software, which can be used to create new, individual layer patterns in no time at all. Real-time monitoring of the machine status via the included TREND Manager predictive maintenance tool reduces downtime to an absolute minimum. System-supported troubleshooting also ensures direct and precise help in the event of problems.
