Steven Wyatt Appointed Chairman of Kawasaki Robotics Europe
Former President of the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) and industrial marketing and sales executive will support the international growth plans of the Kawasaki Robotics business in the EMEA region.
Neuss, January 28th 2021 – Kawasaki Robotics continues to expand its business across the entire EMEA region : Steven Wyatt, former IFR President and previously ABB’s Global Head of Portfolio and Digital for Robotics & Discrete Automation, has been appointed Chairman of Kawasaki Robotics Europe, based at the European Headquarters in Neuss, Germany. The native Scotsman will bring his extensive international and robotics experience to this new role in which he will support the expansion of the business in the EMEA region.

Steven Wyatt is a chemical engineering graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Earlier in his career, he held several international positions in marketing and sales within the plastics industry, notably with the General Electric Co.. Prior to joining Kawasaki, he managed the global portfolios of the robotics and machine automation businesses at ABB and was previously head of marketing & sales for their robotics business unit.
